They say: Call usWe're always happy to hear from you! on their contact us page, and they list some phone numbers. But if that is the case, why do they make you wait in the hold queue for 20 minutes?OH, and then when you finally get onto their 'co-worker' they tell you that another 'co-worker' will get back to me in 48 hours with information about my delivery which is SEVEN DAY LATE (without any communication).I was surprised at how poor all of this was, given how good IKEA is at what they do in the core business.

Mostly successful shopping trip except for one item which always seems to be out of stock. Discovered there is a can and plastic bottle recycling machine in the cafe upstairs. Got 20c off home furnishings vouchers x2, one for each empty bottle. Happy with 40c saved on a couple of items we bought, better than nothing

First time at IKEA. It has some great displays, great prices. Very friendly lady who greeted us when we walked into the deathtrap revolving door. Seriously it has a mind of its own. Other than that I loved the place. One thing and I think this may be a common one. It takes to long to get out. You are constantly walking around in circles. I get it you want us to see everything. Overall I enjoyed my 3 hours here. Just the revolving door didn't start it of well and the forever walking in circles.

I'm a huge IKEA fan. Great selection of furniture that is always good quality. You can tell that they have thorough quality control. Marketplace also has quality homewares and decor. Be aware that the weekend can be overwhelmingly busy - give it a miss if you a serious shopper and stick to quieter weekday times. I rate the restaurant too if you need a quick feed.

Always a fun place.. Restaurant.. excellent food with great prices. A great place to shop for your house, and for gifts for people of all ages. Clean restrooms. Wheelchair accessible. Children's fun play area where you can leave your child toilet trained to 7 Yrs old for an hour while you shop, with full supervision.
